Another day in paradise The Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park

12/15/09   Cruising south trying to decide which islands to visit is a lot of reading, and there in a storm front coming so we need to be in a safe place by Wednesday  afternoon. The first island in the park that sounded nice with fewer bugs is Hawksbill Cay. As Romeo enter the Harbour a sail boat and a Catamaran were departing, they would have the whole place to themselves.

Junk hunt on Eastside

 

LATER THEY WENT FOR A SWIM ON THE WESTSIDE  AND NOBODY WAS AROUND SO WHO NEEDS A SWIM SUIT. AS THEY ARE SWIMMING A POWER BOAT COMES APPROACHING THE ISLAND, ROMEO AND JULIETTE SWIM BACK TO THE DINGY AS FAST AS THEY CAN, THE POWER BOAT BEATS THEM TO THE BEACH. ROMEO DOES THE SACIRAFICE AND GETS THE SWIM SUITS, NEXT THING THAT HAPPENS IS A FLOAT PLANE COMES AND PICKS UP SOME PEOPLE ON THE BEACH. AND THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE ALONE.
