12/21/09 Romeo and Juliette are still waiting for the cold front to pass, 65 degrees in the morning. Getting some boat projects done. Don’t worry there is plenty of beer.
12/19/09 Romeo installed a new water line for the port side, water pressure was weak and it had a slow leak, that was a big one to get off his list. He will put on the boat name stickers when storm clears.
Triple A made cheesy biscuits in the skillet.
The next project take the oven apart and to get it working.
Romeo thinks about all the work he needs to get done ever day, what to do, what to do, should I work or should I play. Lots of reading and learning about sailing is a big time sucker.
Romeo would like pie for Christmas dinner. So he better get the oven fixed. Hoping it is something simple, but that not the case most of the time.
12/20/09 Walked 2 1/2 miles to the Normans Cay Beach Club, met some really nice people had a great time. Romeo had a burger, fries, and a Coke, the food was good and it was nice to have dinner out. The bar had internet on a land line and get in line to use it, very busy bar we will try for Tuesday, they are closed on Mondays.
LOOKING FOR POISON WOOD, DON’T KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE YET.
It took forever to publish the blog, Triple A was able to get three posted and will try for more later and hopes to get to e-mails later and talk to family and friends on Skype for Christmas. Stayed to long trying to post blogs had to run 2 1/2 miles back to the dingy before dark. Made it back to the boat safely, but it would not have been good to walk down the over grown trail back to the dingy, so the only choice was to run, what a work out. The bartender offered to give them a ride, but she was very busy and John Doe wanted to work off his big meal. He carried the backpack, running around like a 20 year old, hope the feet hold up. Next time they will need the leave the boat by 9:00 am. CHEERS
Yes, that’s a martini, and no, that’s not the sunrise behind me!
